Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed through magnetsandprint.co.nz, operated by Magnets and Print Ltd, Taranaki, New Zealand.

Orders and acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including after payment has been processed, in cases such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we decline an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing: All prices are listed in NZD and exclude GST and courier charges unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Product descriptions and artwork: We aim to represent our products, sizes, and finishes as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to differences in display calibration. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure submitted artwork meets our specifications (see our Artwork Specs page). We are not liable for print errors resulting from artwork supplied outside these specifications.

Payment security: Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout by our payment providers. Card details are encrypted and are never seen or stored by us. You will receive confirmation of your order once payment is approved.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnets and Print Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

Intellectual property: All content on this site (including logos, product photography, and text) is the property of Magnets and Print Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
