Shipping policy

We ship New Zealand orders using a combination of NZ Couriers and Post Haste.

Delivery times: Magnet orders are delivered within 7 working days of proof approval, unless otherwise specified. Tin magnets and silicone wristbands are delivered within 20 working days of proof approval. Some promotional products take 10 to 15 working days, and we will confirm delivery timing with your quote.

Shipping charges: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Car magnets are dispatched separately from the rest of your order and carry a flat $25 courier charge, so if your order includes car magnets and other products it will arrive in two shipments. Shipping is included in the price of silicone wristbands, so no shipping is charged on them at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your goods don't arrive in good condition, please contact us as soon as possible. See our refund policy for how we handle damaged or faulty orders.

Delivery address: Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods delivered to an incorrect address.
