Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt. We will only accept returns of faulty goods i.e. where the packaging has been damaged or the seal has been broken. We reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside of the 7 day period, if they have been returned without notice.
