Returns Policy

Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt. We will only accept returns of faulty goods i.e. where the packaging has been damaged or the seal has been broken. We reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside of the 7 day period, if they have been returned without notice.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 working days of our receiving your return.

 

Warranty Policy

Should you discover any defects in your product please contact us as soon as possible to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. If a replacement is not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

We ship our goods using CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries. You should expect your order to be delivered within 7 working days. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
